Mr. Ijaz has been involved with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) in various capacities as well as in Intelligent Transportation Society of New Jersey (ITS NJ).

He is passionate about leadership, team building, serving clients, capacity building for younger generations, and change management.
